Looking for a tuner in Alabama
« on: May 15, 2015, 10:48:30 PM »

Just changed over to a complete Fullsac system from V&H and am getting some decel pop.  Other than that bike runs great

Tuner is a Screamin Eagle, who in north eastern Alabama can retune and do a good job.

Thanks

Looking at their website, Riders HD, Birmingham (actually Trussville) doesn't say anything about dyno tuning. 15 years ago they did some decent performance work, not sure about now.

This shop is in north western Alabama but may be an option for you.  Been trying to get down to visit this guy for a tune.  Family problems and weather (rain, rain, rain) have kept me from doing so just yet.  Don't know anyone who has used him for a tune but his credentials are impressive - and he was trained on TTS by Doc so that is a big plus.   :2vrolijk_21:

I've spoken to him on the phone a couple of times and he certainly seems to know his business and is very pleasant - that in and of itself is a big plus imo.

I had my SEPST done by Heath Foster, at the old Foster HD in Tuscumbia.  The shop changed hands, so he's no longer there now, but I see him on FB.  He did a great job with my modifications, and the tune is spot on.
