Is anybody using the battery tender plug in to support their heated gear? Concerned about the fuse size

I use the Gerbings heated gear, gloves and jacket. I took the tender pigtail off and used the Gerbings one with a fuse rated for those items. I looked on EBAY and found an adapter to change the plug on the tender to the round Gerbings plug.

I did the same thing and have run it that way for a couple of years without any issues. Can also buy the tender adapter from Revzilla or direct from Gerbings. Fairly inexpensive

Did the same. Run the tender through the heated gear plug as it is rated the highest.
