Todays trip home
« on: August 17, 2015, 12:46:44 PM »

Had my bike pick up today by the breakdown service and taken to the tire shop(thread in wheel/tire section) I rode there with the breakdown service driver. I had to leave the bike there today as the shop policy is on bikes of our CVO size bikes requires two mechanics in the shop and today there was only one and a apprentice so they could not work on it.  The shop will call me tomorrow as to the out come.
So all that being said, I had to make my own way home, not far about 10/12 miles. There was another bloke there picking up the front wheel to his sportster and he offered to give me a lift to the train station,..OK and of we go around 5 miles to the station. Thought that was real good of Michael whom I had just met :2vrolijk_21:

Now I have not been on the tube trains since I don't know when. I will admit I was surprised when I got on the train  :o it was 8 or 10 car long, but inside it looks like one long bendy tube. You can see from the back to the front you can't tell where one car ends and the other begins.

So I took some pic hehe  ;D I felt like a tourist

                                                     To the front

Must be nice.. 2 or 3 passengers to every 9 cars. That's an average of 3 cars per passenger.  :drummer:

Your flat tire has turned into an adventure!  Your train looks as busy as a lot of the buses do around here.

Looks like everybody else was taking their own transportation that day!
Nice and clean and shiny, though!  Thanks for showing us!

Isn't  that the truth!! With me nothing is straight foreword, if I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all.  Hell who knows what tomorrows going to bring. With my track record I'll be surprised if it goes with out a hitch  ??? :P

Perhaps will be a better day.  You are doing your part to keep your economy healthy by buying a new tire, throwing it away, and then buying another new tire.  Plus you currently have 2 of my 3 favorite threads on this board.  Not exactly Monty Python, but interesting for me nonetheless.   ;D
