You are correct. I tried the stock 10" Harley limited shield and it was very good. Then the Freedom 8" arrived. It is superior with the flip and the air is much smoother.

I will keep this one.

Ended up picking this one up on ebay for $35 shipped to my house, got it within 2 days.
8", works well.

Great deal and looks killer on your black/silver bike. It is nice to look over the shield and have the air going over as well. It took me several sizes to get the right one.

Like a good seat, it is important to get it right.
