so lets see if my whole damn holiday weekend is shot.  I purchased a breather pipes and tts mastertuner form Fullsac and installed the parts yesterday and today the guys at fullsac are awesome btw but yall know that already.  It is for a 2013 road glide ultra. My problem is in the software ive installed and updated everything but when I connect the wiring to the bike nothing just says I must use the hd06 firmware updater on the interface and it sees the interface and says to connect it to bike power.  I have done everything including uninstalling and reinstalling what the hell is going on any ideas anyone at all. Any help would be much appreciated as I am getting my ass eat up by skeeters out here.  lol

So, connect it to the bike, run hdo6 updater to update the dongle with latest software.  It doesn't seem right, but you have to hook up the dongle to the bike, turn the bike on, then run the hd06 updater.  The rest of the software updated over the internet without having to hook up to the bike.



If you are connecting it to the bike, then you may have a bad or cheap cable.

I had already updated it all wont let me do it again and when I uninstalled and reinstalled it would not update either. any other ideas keep em coming

let me rephrase that I update the hd06 updater when I installed is initially since then I have been connecting it to the bike turning bike on and off putting it in gear pulling the clutch running around it 3 times saying fun things and then it still says connect the tts interface to bike power that's all it says nothing else I can unplug the interface from usb and it recognizes it and knows when I have unplugged it but nothing but that message.

Not sure I'm understanding your sequence.  Are you starting the bike when trying to do the update?  Just turn on the ignition switch and make sure the kill switch on the handlebar is on--don't start the engine.

Nope never started the bike everything it just says connect the tts interface to bike power with everything hooked up and both switches on.

I think you have done it but just to be sure---have you run the TTS updater program?

Yes I did before I ever connected anything to the bike or computer .t

Are you using TTS brand cables?  Windows firewall & antivirus programs turned off?  Running out of ideas!

Yes sir bought everything from fullsac brand new.

Sure you're using the right connector on the bike?   Sounds like a stretch but it's happened more than once!

Not a stretch at all think that's it actually I haven't seen or read anywhere that the connector is under my fuse box so I've been using the first one I found under the seat coming from under the fuel tank. So I made finish my coffee get my outer going again and get this bike back on asphalt where it belongs I hope. Thank yall for all the great advice I'll let ya know hot it comes out or how much it costs for a local to fix it. Lol

The connector is under the left side panel.  If there's 2 connectors, it's the darker of the 2.  I think we found the problem!!!!

I am sorry you had such troubles but really glad I was able to benefit from your pain. My install today went pretty dang good because of your new found knowledge of TTS Ha! Thanks. Lovin the Fullsac and TTS.
