Looks like a good combination.
Which Aim VPC did you choose?

 [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I am using the new Inner Clutch kit # TA001-001 that was just released  http://www.aim-tamachi.com/motorcycle/products.html?tamachi_inner_kit

Have not yet decided how the adjustable pressure plate will be configured.

If you're gonna split the cases for the Timkin and you got the bread, go with the 120". There's no replacement for displacement! Go as big (not necessarily radical) as you can afford! That's my $.02! ;) Hoist! 8-)

I guess your not worried about your 2 Year Warranty! ;D ;D ;D

I agree and am leaning toward the 113 due to the CVO badging plus the fact I already have the Zippers TB/AC combo for the 113 which is money I can put towards the TMAX with autotune.  However, Zipper's did mention that they have run into an instance of a bad 103 SE crank assy.  If that happens in my case, I'll use that as my excuse to go to the 120 as well.
If I'm not mistaken that may have been "Dawg's", and I believe it was covered "under warranty" (extended or good faith).

DOOD you are correct. I had 2 days left on my factory warranty. The MOCO did cover the flywheel assy.

Just to let everyone know, I decided on the 120" build.  Thanks for all the input, it was a close race (113 vs. 120), but I decided to go for the gusto!  As HUBBARD said, "if you don't, you'll wish you did"  I don't need that little birdie chirpin' on my shoulder.

ZIPPERS build a great 120. I have seen a few on the Dino and the power some of the crab engines was unbelievable.

You will be happy with any motor you get when it is built by Zippers. They will not cut corners. If it isn't right it isn't done!

Be Safe

Ok, Zipper's finished my 120 build and engine is now installed and I am riding again!  I am thoroughly pleased with the results thusfar, engine build completed on time, runs beautifully, smooth as silk with plenty of power, sounds awesome with the Reinhart 2:1 and the TMAX w/AT works as advertised.  In addition to the standard 120 build, I had the cylinders and heads diamond cut, cylinder heads and pistons thermal coated and jet hot coating on the exhaust headers.  This engine runs so much cooler than my stock 103 I can't believe it.  Also had my 5 speed gears backcut and switched to the Zippers billet trap door with double roller bearings.  Trans shifts real slick and precise.  Going through the break in process now, 75 degrees and sunny, going down to see Hogasm which should be good for 2-300 miles today!  Alright, I know :worthless:, so here you go....
