Seen this fitting from Kuryakyn?  Relatively recent release.  I actually like it better than the one on the red bike that Harley has had available for awhile.  And isntead of this little allen bolts that are a bit of a chore to get to from the inside the rubber bands you see are what holds this one on.  Might occasionally lose a fitting.  But would be a lot easier to get on and off.
Don, you're probably way ahead of me and already figured this out, but here is what I did.  I got a small hex bit that fit the allen head screws then used it vs the dang allen wrench to get the screws started.  Then used a 1/4" racheting box end wrench on the hex bit to tighten them down.  Don't know how you would ever get it installed using the allen wrench.

I cheated a different way Jerry.  Took an appropriate sized allen wrench and then cut it off short enough that it would turn 360 degrees without hitting the tank.  That actually makes it real easy.  Just get it stuck in the bolt head to begin with and spin until it stops.  Makes it a one finger job.

Stubborn perserverance or idiocy- - not sure which ultra, but I've done it four times between my two bikes using the hinky dinky allen wrench that came with the covers

From the thing I saw when they were installing on TV, they snapped into place pretty strongly.

I'm thinking that it has been confirmed that it will fit. If I'm not mistaken I believe it was "sadunbar" (Scott) that has put it on his Jester.

I have one, And I like it! Fits tight and looks good! The Black and Chrome contrast makes it look better to me. I had it on my 06 FLHTCUI for 6K with no probs. And actually my OL installed it for me.
It is now sitting on my desk waiting on the Cherry Jester to arrive!!!
