Wow, a glimpse into the future for me [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]  Looks great and I am definitely convinced that I will go the V & H route.  I also like the look of the shorties.

As mentioned earlier, it is amazing how many different colors came through in the different angles and how the sun reflects on different parts of the bike.

Glad you enjoyed the day and thanks for posting the pics.

Thanks...The CVO's are easy to show off.  Like it was stated in another post, you can't stop anywhere without drawing a crowd and having to talk about the bike.

The V&H setup is great and it works and sounds right for me.  :)  I don't think you'll regret getting that setup for yours.  It is amazing on how the bike changes colors depending on how the light hits it.  But no lights inside do justice to them compared to what the sun does.  Harley definitely hit a home-run with this year's paint mixtures.  And of course, you are getting the best color of the SEUC's ;)

Yep, those are the J&Ms, so you'll get an idea of what they'll look like on your  [smiley=cherry.gif]SEUC.  They work great too.  Really had a chance to test them out on the ride, and they are sooooooooooooooooooooo much better than the stock whips in all areas.  Got a lot of comments on them too.  I think J&M is going to be busy in the next few months selling these babies.  I think I may contact them and see if they'd be willing to give a discount to the forum members.

Please do.  I am getting ready to order two of these for the Ultra.  I think the website lists them for $39.99 each?

Even though it is a smaller ticket item, perhaps we could get a group buy together if there is enough interest.  If so, put me down for 2!

I somehow missed them.  Am I correct that one is for the radio (normal rather then XM) and the second is for CB coms?

They are kinda hard to see in the pic, which is good. You won't be disappointed.  I got them straight from J&M.  $79 for the pair with free shipping. They don't stick out like the whips do.  Yep, one's for the CB and the other is for the AM/FM/WB portion of the radio.  The XM antenna is in the fairing.

Henry...Heart of Dixie HD in Pelham (about 5 miles from my house) is running a special on any V&H pipes now...20% off if they install...also, if you get a PCIII, they will do a free dyno tune/run.  They have a brand new dyno and room...supposed to be state of the art.  The Vrod has a stumble from 2.5K to 4K with the SE pipes and the ECM flash...took it in yesterday to get a couple of minor things taken care of and since they did the pipes and K&N back in August, they're going to do the PCIII and dyno on the SEVrod this week...so, I'll know more about how good they are on the dyno by next weekend, I hope.  That dealership seems to be trying to turn the corner in terms of customer appreciation...different attitude from a few months ago.

Thanks bro.  Ain't that the truth though.  OCD is a serious ailment that can only be kept in check by frequent additions of chrome.  I never thought that there could be more to add to a CVO, but there's always room for more chrome.

Sounds like a great deal at the dealership...time to stock up on mods... ::)
