DW6019 they are 4 piston 4 pad units,  when I was bedding the brakes I tried several times to lock the front wheel with no luck,  they just haul you down from speed no sense that the tire wanted to lock up.  Brembo doesn't make a 6 piston caliper that I am aware of.  The bracket is because the rotor is 12.6in the stock fork bracket will not work so you have the added bracket.
