They  all  claim  something!    We  all  know  hype  and  real life.  I  Grew  up  on  construction sites, seen the BEST of all three

brands.  just my  opinion  GM  all  the  way!     around  here  most of the ford  trucks carry golf clubs and groceries.     :huepfenlol2:

I agree!  Fords wouldn't take it in my business.  Been there, done that.  Transmissions were junk, and so were the brakes.  And the Power-Stroke.....where's the power???  GMC, 2500 DuraMax with an Allison.  Now, there's a Truck!  :2vrolijk_21: There endeth the lesson.  8) Later--HUBBARD

I don't know why the Germans took that Truck out of production.  I've heard rumors, but since my presence wasn't requested at that Board Meeting, I'm clueless as to why that decision was made.  :nixweiss: Later--HUBBARD

Come on guys, we all can agree that Ford f-150 has that half ton market locked up.  If you want to carry some groceries home in style from the store, that is the ticket for sure.  I myself have had all f-350 crew cabs since the late 70's before all the Bling was added to the True work line.  Yes, I agree with the trannie issues with the earlier International motor ( 7.3 Diesel ones) trucks.  I had quite a few that blew up myself.  The motor was to strong for the trans. They tried making a truck shift like a car back then to capture the entire market. Big mistake on their end. With that said, I still am a true ford buyer when it comes to heavy duty application trucks. I work all of mind very hard. Tow 3-5 days a week and haul heavy loads. You can't beat the new combo of diesel motors and transmissions with any of the Top three Manufactures.  They all have there pros and cons.  Just remember this one.  On a quiet night in ford country,  you can hear all the Chevy and Dodge's rusting away.

Yup, gotta love those Chevy guys.  Constantly running their mouths, but they haven't been able to outsell the F-series for 39 straight years and counting.  Too bad big talk and BS doesn't count in the official stats.

The 2017 Chevy's are going to come with a bicycle in the back. That way you have a ride while it's in the shop getting all the recalls taking care of. Come to think of it that might be a Harley program I'm thinking of.
