GMR, roger all of that,  was asking on the engine your building, gives a " ballpark" for me. Playing with a calculator. Not building a drag motor, but I do have ccc numbers I want to stay close to. Thanks.

Actually, my numbers are pretty average for a 110B engine with after market exhausts. Dyno numbers are all over the charts, but I did plenty of checking around and found my numbers are right where most 110B engines are. I'm sure some have much higher numbers, however. I'm picking up my bike in an hour. I'll post the chart and a ride report this afternoon.

What is the white spot on the crank pin?
Is it a drilled in hard metal plug?....

Beautiful S&S parts. BostonBoy you are going to have a real solid foundation with that lower end.  :2vrolijk_21:

Just wanted to say I also have the "B" motor as well
I was told  B motors produce less #'s  because of what I call them the balance wheels and  chain's  etc

Its a paint mark. and the plug is steel that is pressed into the end of the pin. It expands the pin slightly on the end to prevent movement. or not allow the pin to flex and allow movement , which ever way you want to look at ot

I have the 117 kit in , I plan on getting them in tq plates today and measuring them up. Will post pics as well.

IT BEGINS !!!   Base line pulls as it was built and tuned. Now Boston can fill you in on what the current build is. As we had no part in build or tune.

Edit from post below

It seem's my bike lost about 6 ft pounds of tq since 2012 when it was built, hp is about the same though. I tried to attach the chart it was tuned on a DynoStar Dyno by Rob's Dyno in Gardener Ma. The build consisted of Hillside stage 2 heads & blended throttlebody, Woods 777 cam & lifters that were always noisy at startup, D&D Fatcat pipe, Assembled by Paramount HD in Provenience R.I.     David

Is this the dyno graph from the 117 build you quoted?

Am I crazy or do the numbers seem a little low?

You're crazy!!   :huepfenjump3: :huepfenjump3:   :)

The graph is of the existing build prior to be removed from the bike.  And, prior to the new 117 build being installed into the bike...
