Having just bought a CVORG 3 days ago, let's see if i can remember all the stuff that came with it.

- Nice bike cover with CVO emblem embroidered on it.  The storage bag has the same embroidered emblem and it sewn onto the cover so you can't lose it
- Receiver to connect to garage door opener like a "flash to pass" (stupid easy to set up)
- Two headsets for the CB/Intercom
- Bike manual
- BOOM stereo manual
- Soft luggage that perfectly fits in the saddlebags and Tour Pak
- Two Keys/remotes (2016 has key built-in to fob, works like a switchblade)
- Leather kinda folder thing, presumably for your registration and such.  Might be for manual.
- Tool kit
- Air cleaner rain sock
- Rider backrest
- Liners for saddle bags and Tour Pak

I never got that!

 

I like the switchblade keys. 

Wish I got the gold one though.

Also, I did get a plaque but that was sent by the dealer, not by the moco.

nope, bikes like ours (street glides, road glide customs, etc) are more 'sporty' and therefor don't come with some of the extra bells and whistles that the ultras come with.

I didn't even get a plaque.  I did get a tin of chocolate chip cookies though.

enjoy your bike, don't let the jealousy of others diminish your enjoyment a single iota.

nope, bikes like ours (street glides, road glide customs, etc) are more 'sporty' and therefor don't come with some of the extra bells and whistles that the ultras come with.

Yah F-em.  It's because I tagged the dealership and then all the "I spend so much money in there and I never get a plaque" idiots come out of the woodwork. 

I'm down there all the time BS'ing and buying all kinds of random stuff - living proof it pays to treat other people how you expect to be treated.  It's a proven fact that when you roll into a dealership and demand something, you're gonna have a bad time.

I don't think I've ever heard a CVO rider complain that they've been treated poorly buy a dealership - at least not in person.

I totally agree.  It's so different walking into a Harley dealership and seeing the swag VERSUS going to my Yamaha dealer and being so so so disappointed.   So just in case you fellow members don't already know.   I LOVE MY NEW BIKE!  (And hoodie, t-shirt(s), gloves and it goes on LOL)

Mine came with a full set of Navigation CDs...  They don't include Navigation CDs, anymore?

How do you guys even get *around* with these new bikes?!

Took delivery just last Friday 25 Mar.  All the above included except navigation CD.  The new Boom system has all current updates in the GPS. I don't remember much during the PDI, trying too hard to maintain my composure and not giggle like a schoolgirl!!

I did though talk them into throwing in an upgraded helmet, much better that the cheap one they give away.
