I was looking at Airflow Passenger Footboards part #50500437 on Harley's site and I read in the Q&A section a Harley staff member said these do not fold?? This doesn't make sense, why in the world would they sell a stationary passenger floorboard that sticks out all the time? Can anyone confirm if these is true? I have the streamline passenger floorboards off my old street glide and was hoping I could just utilize that mounting kit and interchange these boards on my 16 CVO Street Glide without buying another mounting kit! Seems Harley doesn't want to answer that question either

I looked at mine.   The part you describe is only the floor board and pan,  Airflow Passenger Footboards part #50500437.   See the features section of the web page: IN THE BOX
Footboard pans and vibration-isolated insert.  The mounts are purchased separately. The floorboards don't fold but they rotate where they attach to the mount.  Hope this helps.
