I've searched the site and Google and have come up blank so far.

Does anyone know the K&N # for HD  part - 29400141?

It's the element for my 14 CVO RK.

The K&N site doesn't list a replacement air filter element for your Elite Heavy Breather, but the filter element that comes with that air cleaner is a K&N filter that they sell to Harley and Harley includes in the kit.  Why are you looking for a replacement?  Unless it's damaged, you just remove it and clean/re-oil the element with K&N filter oil.  If you actually need a replacement, P/N 29400141 is the replacement element kit from Harley that includes the element and the end cover with the flange for the band clamp, and it goes for around a hundred bucks MSRP.  Places like Surdyke H-D sell the kit for about $83 plus shipping.

I don't need a replacement I just like having an extra so I have one ready to go on the shelf when I do my service so I don't have to fool with the dirty one in the middle of my fluid changes. I was going to buy one yesterday and the price set me back a little so I thought I'd see if I could save a few bucks getting it elsewhere. I get 15% off at my dealer so I can get it for $85 here and I'll grab one the next time I'm there.
