Can you install the 255 cam and pushrods out of a cvo 110 into a 96 motor ?my buddy has a 2010 stock street glide and wants to install my old cam and pushrods in his bike.I think he might need adj pushrods buy not sure .Also his bike is throttle by wire can he use my old throttle body too?

Yes it will work no problem! Shouldn't even need adjustable pushrods! But will need a tune!

May I scalp the thread and ask real quick if the 255's would work in a '97 88ci? Have a buddy interested in my stock cams.

1997 would be an 80" Evo motor rather than an 88" TC.  So not at all the same if the year mentioned is correct.  Even if it's an 88" Twin Cam the first generation of the Twin Cams used different cams.  So the 255s from the current iteration of the TC still wouldn't work for you.

The throttle body may bolt up, but if it's not an '08 or newer, it's not Throttle By Wire and a cable cannot work with a later TB.

Tb is off a 13 cvo breakout and we want to put it on 2010 street glide is that possible

Yes, your '13 throttle body will fit any 2008 2011 and up TwinCam.
Your cams will fit any 2007 and up TwinCam.  (also fits 2006 Dyna only)

Footnote: I'm pretty sure the TB from your breakout and the 2010 SG are already the same size;both 50mm.
Some searching indicates that they changed the physical dimensions in 2011, meaning that the '13 may not fit as a replacement part on the 2010... but regardless the mount-up, it would not be an upgrade.
