Sounds like your dealer was taking care of you! Sucks that the bike was hit. I would say talk to the guy or his insurance and let them do what they need to do to take care of the problem. Nobody was hurt and the bike is will be fixed.  It could have been much worse from driving with a bad tire to who knows what with the accident!

Got the bike back yesterday, Looks and rides like nothing happened, They didn't charge me the $50.00 deductible and let me take it before the insurance company sent the check for the repairs.
Also the adjuster said if a new problem comes up, like a shock leakage to let them know and they will reopen the claim.

Definitely a good dealership to do business with. They about had to let you take the bike. If the person at faults insurance doesn't pay the dealership will have to eat the cost of repair. Either way you don't pay. Glad it went well for you.
