I had one on my '11 and put one on my '15. Seem to help. How much on the '15 I can't really say as I picked up the bike in the winter and it went on it before I had 150 miles on it.

The one that just mounts under the lower fork bracket is similar in function, but not as pretty, as the old chrome deflectors Harley used to sell for the same purpose.  I've got one of the Harley pieces on my SEEG, and while it does make some difference, it won't eliminate the air flowing up between the tank and fairing (or windshield in the case of a RK).  The issue is more about the partial vacuum that's formed behind a windshield or fairing (or the back of a SUV/van/semi-trailer, etc.) that draws air in to fill the vacuum.  That's what the vents on the late model windshields and fairings do, provide a controlled and directed flow of air up the inside of the windshield to help fill that vacuum.
