They've got plenty of CVOs on the floors of the dealerships here in So Cal.

And San Diego HD still has 15's on the floor that they're taking $5k off of.  Doubt any of those are CVOs though.

They do have a lot of used CVOs in there, also.

I wouldn't pay any more than 6k off MSRP on a left over 16 or 15. As soon as you sign the papers you will take a larger hit on value than 6k I'm sure. And if those vehicles are on their flooring plan that dealer has already been making curtailment payments on those bikes already.

Sales are down. Many years ago I remember if you were not friends of the dealer you had no chance of a CVO. I just got 10% off MSRP on a 2017 CVO Limited with no added BS fees.

10% off a 17?? With no BS fee's such as prep??

They have them because they want over MSRP for them.  $42 for a SG, I've talked to them in the last week or so.

They told me 37000 for the Silver 16 SERGU, which is 4K under MSRP.

Richmond VA Harley offered me a 2016 CVO Limited for $36,000. I waled out.

Red/Black. I meet a guy that went to NY and got one for $33,000 Saturday.

Same in Southern Indiana.  CVOs are usually sold before they arrive at the dealership or soon after rolling out on the floor.  Trade in and resale values are strong as well.  I heard that all dealers will be shipped fewer bikes for MY17 in an attempt to return to the wait list days.  Overall, that approach is a good strategic direction.  The MoCo is facing the music and may stop flooding the market.

All over the east coast there are a ton of 2016 CVO Limited. And offering big discounts. I got 10% off MSRP on my 2017 Limited. I don't know why anyone would pay anything near MSRP or any processing fees.
