Little louder then stock
« on: November 29, 2016, 02:46:01 PM »

Have a 2016 CVO Limited.  Want to get rid of the Cat, but not really looking for loud pipes.  Anyone have a suggestion for head pipe, mufflers anda  tuner, that would be just slightly louder then stock? Thanks

Plenty of info on this topic if you search site. The consensus is Fullsac pipes with 1 3/4 or 2 inch muffler cores and TTS tuner. If you get all together at www.fullsac.com they will send you a download for the tune and you save the money you would have spent on a dyno tune. Great people to work with. Mention this site and get 10% off. I did the above with the 2" cores and screens and couldn't be happier. I get nothing for recommending Fullsac or affiliated with them in anyway. I'm just a satisfied customer. If you want slightly loader than stock go 1 3/4" cores for a little more go 2". 2" are pretty quiet at cruising speed(2400 rpm) but will bark a little if you get on it.

Getting rid of the heat while keeping it quieter was my goal.  See my review here.....   http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=101223.0
