I bought this '07 FLHTCUI in '07 from an insurance company. 800 mi and minor damage. I had access to a new set of paint so new front rim & forks, ready to ride!!. Took the envelope full of papers to the DMV and BAM, the previous owners death certificate was mixed in. WoW, named her the coffin and rode for 2 years until I bought a '09 FLHTCUSE. Sold her to a friend who stills rides it today.

So, you had a 'salvage' title for her.....guess that was due to the dollar amt. of damage instead of a bent frame or something major to repair/replace?

Nope had a clear title, only real damage was a busted front rim and forks cracked badly at the axles caps. Who ever towed it put fist sized dent iin the tank and scratches all over.
