Rinehart slimline duals 2016 Street Glide CVO
« on: January 28, 2017, 01:51:35 AM »

Here's my dyno numbers for anyone interested in the rinehart slimline duals. Tuned at dealer with TTS Mastertune.  2016 Street Glide CVO. The sound is awesome. Very deep. Very tolerable at idle and cruising speeds and really growls when you accelerate. I can definitely feel the power. Really woke up this 110.

Where the brand etching is, is that a collector or is this a true dual system? Looks like a stout running bike!

Not a true dual. It has an "H" style crossover under the name. It's basically a 2-1-2 system. But this thing sounds as close to true duals as I've heard. There's good performance gain. And I can definetely feel the difference in the seat of the pants test.

I know there's other pipes  out there with slightly better numbers, but very few that have this kind of quality. I mean this pipe is very well made. The dyno numbers speak for themselves. And this dyno guy doesn't fudge numbers. So these are legit. He's a prior Indy car guy.

We all have different preferences on how our bikes sound, but this thing sounds awesome. It can get really loud when you get on it but not terrible at idle or crossing. Now don't get me wrong, ours loud all the time, but definetely in the tolerable range when cruising. I'll try and upload a sound byte later.

What kind of mufflers and baffle size are you running? Nice looking setup!

I'm running 4" Rinehart mufflers and I believe they have 2.25" baffles. Thanks for the compliment!

Close up of the laser etching.

Technically, it is laser cut. Etching would just be to the surface, not all the way through. Just saying.  :P

And yes sir, you've got 2.25" stock baffles. They make 2.5" Hi-Flo baffles as well. Slightly louder!
