Nothing on YouTube for replacing the bulbs on anything except the speedo and tach.  I need to replace a blown bulb on Skunk Ryders voltage gauge on his '12 Skunk.  I didn't see anything with a search or going back two or three pages.

Any help is appreciated before I tackle this....thanks a bunch.

super simple.  the hardest part is getting to it.  once the fairing is removed, it is simply a matter of pulling the bulb fixture out of back of the the gauge, swapping the bulb, putting it back in again, and replacing the fairing.

the bulb itself is just a wedge bulb (w194), with a plastic condom on it to change the color.  and is one expensive little booger from the dealer.  some folks have gone to led bulbs there, but that can be hit or miss matching the color of the rest of the gauges depending on where you buy the bulb from.

I had one fall out of the gauge on my '11 before. Pulled the fairing and stuck it back in the gauge. It may be as simple as that but as Skratch posted, just a simple bulb if needed.

Bulb replaced. As always, getting to something for repair is the hard part. We've had skunk riders faring off for a few mods over the years so total project took 30 minutes and saved what would probably be an hour labor charge at the dealer. Just cost him a sixer of Newcastle...
