Non Detachable Fixed Batwing Fairing Mounts

I have done a lot of searching for a fixed non detachable Batwing Fairing mounts. Do they exist?  Anyone have a part number?  I am getting a Woody's Batwing Audio  Fairing. It is expensive even before painting. By the the time you add Speakers, Receiver and Amplifier it adds up Quickly. Thanks
