Yow, never seen one do that before.  Did you hear a loud pop when it went?  What got sucked into it?

It was still together but cracked ..... it broke when it was pulled out by hand.

Damn, that looks very expensive.  Have to wonder: manufacturing defect, something go through it or a crank so eccentric the bike wanted to swap ends?

Sorry for your issues there.  Any plans yet for the resolution?

Not sure what caused it .....can not find any problems except the lifters and cams are bad also installing zippers cam plate 587 cams and some kind of oil pump probably not harley.

That's not unheard of.  Every time I've encountered a broken pump, the flywheels had shifted.  Please check flywheel runout before proceeding.

^^^   What he said.  The flywheel assembly (crankshaft) in 2007 and later Twin Cams is highly suspect, especially the first few years of production.  Before you get too far along buying bits and pieces, check the pinion shaft runout.  Depending on what you find, you may need to do a lot more than just replace cams, lifters, and oil pumps.  And btw, don't forget inner cam bearings, also highly suspect on CVO110's. 

You mentioned the cams and lifters being shot.  Do you mean there is physical damage from roller failure?  If so, are there any pieces missing?

That ain't the pumps fault- pumps are damaged by excessive crank run out or ingesting foreign objects.

Please dig deeper.  When I'd earlier suggested a crankshaft that was so eccentric the bike might want to swap ends I wasn't intending to be totally facetious.  For that pump to be fractured as it is I would seriously expect significant crank issues.

No missing pieces Jerry. I did replace the cam bearings but im gonna check this real good before i go any further may have to do a long block. I got fine glitter in the filter but not much and a Very small amount in the pan.
