Well here is an issue kinda not easy to spot
I for the life of me could not figure out why the rotor was discoloring almost blue from heat
fortunately i have a infrared camera so i can see the heat signature
well the bracket that connects to the rear tire and goes into the leage that the caliper is mounted on was sandwiched on the outside
so it was cocking the caliper to the left not allowing the caliper to float along with the floating rotor
you should be able to move the caliper by hand just a little here is befor and after

I used a air die grinder and a porting mandrel and a fine roll i made it clear the swing arm guide it is on the right in blue and the bracket is the dark gray that should be on top also if you adjust the rear wheel it would not allow the wheel to travel back
PLEASE keep in mind this may not apply to all bike I am just sharing what i have found to be a issue on my bike and this is what i did to correct it and it worked Have a wonderful Thanksgiving...

I would have thought the pad dragging would be wearing out the disk pad very quickly and requiring replacement often since the start. You may even smell it.  Just curious, have you always had this problem or did something change to start the problem?

I got the bike used with 1200 miles on it and i did smell a little  brake smell but most of the damage was done before i got it
so that is when i took the inferred camera to it, after that i got my lift and i was able to really see what was going on

Got you.  I never had a problem like this one.  I have had calipers stick before but not when they were fairly new or didn't have some other underlining issue. Sounds like everything is working good now!
