SWEEEEET

Thanks Scot.  The black bra isn't too bad on it either.  Need to find some vinyl that's a good match to the tan seat so that can be an option also.  Think that will be an even better overall look.  Though without the gold stripe it won't be as tied together and striking as I think it otherwise might.

Thank you sir.  I might get an air brush guy to do a bit of graphics work sometime to tie it in to the bike a little more.  But not much.  It really does look pretty good. :2vrolijk_21:

Looks very nice chrome bumper looks awsome especially on the new paint. I assume you already test loaded the cooler for beer capacity. :huepfenlol2:

Certainly did.  Working in the garage one evening it allowed access without taking that long arduous walk back in to the refrigerator.

Looks sweet Don. Might paint the one at home a single color instead of trying to match Bessie.

Come to think of it with 2 blue bikes in the garage it would match either one of them :2vrolijk_21:

That's a good idea!
But one question.
Can you get a hitch to work with the added fender/taillight extension on the Street Glide?
You know, inquiring minds? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Added to say,
Good looking trailer Don.
Leave the stick on reflectors off!

I think the single color is a good idea also gents.  Liking it better and better all the time.  Also much easier some day to sell a single color red trailer then would be a unit so matched to our bikes that no one else would want it.

Chip. Bushtec's vertical receiver type hitch works with the Street Glide rear light.  It's what's on the ride bike right now.  I used the Street Glide light to hide the receiver and other brackets when the hitch itself was removed.  They actually work together as a very slick combination.  The Street Glide light hides almost everything for you.

Those stick on reflectors were on my mind for a bit driving back from KC this afternoon.  My mind decided it didnt' like them either  :2vrolijk_21: .  They may have a justifiable function.  But damn it looks better without them.

Here's an image outside in much better light.  Just replaced some snaps that were missing or bad in the cooler cover.  So it's all back together now.  The Aurora tail light lenses are a much better look with the shape of the trailer's body then were the OE square back lenses.  For $25.00 for the pair that was a lucky and fortunate score.

I did, trailer in a trailer  :drink:  .  It fits in there perfectly.  Bike was deposited to a dyno so didn't have it to bring the trailer home with.  So did the matroyshka thing, one inside the other.

The red thing is a function of premature senility or something.  I used to would never have had a red vehicle.  Always liked it.  Especially darker reds.  Deep maroons and burgandy colors.  But never wanted one on a vehicle.  Thought they were too much hassle to keep looking good or something.

Then several years ago got a red Road King.  A dark red color that was available in 2000 (no doubt other years too).  Just loved it.  Figured what the hell, always liked the color.  Might as well enjoy it.  So when I fell in lust with the red SEEGs on first sight the ice had already been broken.  I was good to go.

I didn't picture you as a Chevy guy. I thought for sure you were a Ford man :).
