GPS SIGNAL OFF

My gps signal off and my navigation not working I cannot set my location my map is blank. Help. This is on my 2018 CVO anniversary ultra.

Does everything else on the Infotainment system appear to be in working order? Have you had any work done under the faring?

Yes everything else is working software up to date it is even baffling the service department.
