Nav map update
« on: July 07, 2019, 04:11:37 PM »

Help,

Has anyone been running into a problem trying to load updates from nav extras onto the motorcycle. I keep getting stuck in the turn to “accessory” position even though the bike is already in the accessory position so I can never proceed from that point. Read all the books, forums, videos and can’t find a solution.

Could it be as easy as turning it off than back so it recognizes accessories on mode?

Thanks, I have done everything by the book, double checked everything and it reps telling me to move ignition switch to accessory position after it authenticates. Problem being it is already in accessory position to get to that point. Only thing I have not done is contact Harley. My 2018 shows 2016 maps on the code retrieved when fingerprinting USB.
