NEED A REALLY LOUD HORN
« on: March 19, 2007, 08:28:55 PM »

:furious3: Okay - I'm open to suggestions.  I need something that will garner the undivided attention of an SUV driving, cell phone using, breakfast eating, cigarette smoking Jacka$$ long and loud enough to ensure soiled skivvies.  >:(  Money is no object - buy you guys already knew that, huh.  I forgot what site I was on ;)  And yes, if I could figure out how to put a freight train whistle on a CUSE - I'd probably do it.
TIA,
TC

OH MY GOD!!!  For a minute, I thought that was indeed a part from a train - but more like a cow catcher ;).  Looks like the "Howard's Horn" set up mounted to get folks attention.
Thanks,
TC

Tony....2lane (The Don) has butchered up some other air horn and made it fit under the cow bell...supposed to be quite loud.  Jorge (jeomez) has got a honkin' horn on the side of his bike to get the attention of the blue hairs in Florida, so you might want to PM him as well.

Now if you had taken that transfer down to this area where the cost of living is a lot less then you could afford more stuff for that almost bagger you got there my friend!

Damn, think I could have made that sentence any longer?

TCV, here's a thread detailing an option that was effective, easy and inexpensive (didn't know there were such things for Harleys?).  It makes a good noise.

Sounds like someone had a bad day on I-95... ;)  I've seen a reference to an air horn called the "Mini Beast" or something like that on the forum here.  It's supposed to be the same size as the cowbell.  It's not the nicest looking thing, but it supposedly works.  Have you looked into HD's airhorn Tony?
Cheers :2vrolijk_21:,
