I have a 2012 CVO Ultra. Bone stock 110 cu. in. Runs great. Wondering if there is anything to gain by replacing the stock catalytic converter equipped exhaust with a non-cat?
I want to retain the stock 4" Screamin Eagle mufflers and maintain a stock look.
IF this results in even slightly improved engine performance and less heat, I would consider it worth it.
IF it requires re-tuning of the EFI, then probably not.
Anyone have experience with this?

It would *definitely* require a new tune.  It will reduce heat.
Why are you against a re-tune?

Fullsac offers what you seek, with a catless headpipe as well as replacement baffles for the CVO mufflers (if you want to change the sound and flow level of the mufflers).  However, you will need a tune.  Fullsac offers a TTS tune to go with their pipes that reviewers have found to be very good, so you wouldn't need to put your bike on a dyno for a tune if you don't want to do that.  Contact Fullsac for details, or read some of the threads on this site (they are a member here).
