Duane does Delaware have annual or one time inspections? I would think there are other riders in the state that have removed their reflectors and had bike inspected... just need to find one of those places to take your bike. 
Annual, State run drive through types, only three in the state. Not the independent retailer service centers like PA has.
I can register the bike for two years but I don't know if that means a two year or one year inspection inspection.
"If" I have to go back through (it's not clear on the paperwork I received), those ebay reflectors are cheap enough. As for the rear? Stupid that there is a reflector above the brake light anyways, on the sides yes, but the rear?
I'll cross that bridge when I go back.
Keeping in mind, these are the same guys that failed my truck for having multiple lights out when I went through inspection.
That was an "advisory" and I didn't have to go back, just need to make repairs.
Although all of the "lights that are out" are actually - reflectors - I'm not sure how to repair them
