That is a tour I would love to take.

Urquell has been one of my favorites for many years.  Never knew it rated as highly as it did until just a few years back.

As first reported to us by GH on Friday, who lives under an hour away, the Saranac Brewery in Utica, NY had a major fire last Thursday.  Here is a link to the Saranac website with a letter from the Matt family who've run the brewery since 1888.  I also have several pictures.  http://www.saranac.com/08-fire/

excellent choice on the Japanese beer...I can get micro's through Total Wine & More...mostly North East Coast brewers...

id say take a shot on an IPA youve never heard of. if you like IPA's in general you should like what you get
