Ok, it's been several days and we haven't heard from TC you reckon he can't pry himself away from his new Jester? Don't keep us waiting show us some pictures of the new arrival.

I was thinkin the same thing Gary...Tony must be still out in the wind.  I'll bet he's still smilin from ear to ear.

He did say he had a box full of "things" to put on.     Can't think of anything that would be better to do then putting stuff on the ride, except riding it, of course.

I tried to call yesterday afternoon and it went straight to voicemail- so he is either riding it or Big Daddy is still holding him hostage

I would have thought he would have posted at least one (YIPEEEEEEEEE!) Post when he got it home?

I just got a call from Tony's daughter.  Tony is in the hospital after having an emergency appendectomy.  Apparently, the appendix burst and they have him on antibiotics and have left the wound open and have the area also packed with antibiotics.   He's probably going to be in the hospital for another 2-3 days.  He's at Potomac Hospital in Woodbridge. Right now it looks like they won't be making the York trip, but his wife said that they're not making any call on that right now, until she gets a chance to discuss it more with him when he's not so much in a fog.  If he's up to it, they may come up in the cage.  He still hasn't had a chance to get out on his new ride.  He's got to be wondering if he'll ever get to ride it.  Let's all hope that he's up and "running" in a few days.

Wow that's some news about Tony. I sure hope every thing works out well for him. Our prayers and thoughts will be with him and his family.

Tony, I have heard of people busting a gut to get their bike but never heard of an actual case. Heal quick my friend and hopefully you will be on the new bike soon.

I've left a message on his cell phone, it's apparently shut off as it went straight to voice mail.  Not sure if he's allowed visitors because of the open wound and infection and all of that, but I'm trying to find out.

Thanks for letting us know what's going on w/Tony. That is a shame, poor guy has to wait forever to get his bike then when he gets it he gets sick. Please send him my best and tell him to get well soon. If it's anything any of us here can do please let us know.

Will do.  If I know Tony, he's trying to figure out any way possible to get up out of bed right now and ride.  His daughter told me that he gets really funny when he's doped up.  I guess one of the first things he said when he started coming to was:  "Nobody better put any miles on my bike!!"  Now there's a true biker.    I iknow he's got to be wondering if he'll ever get to ride his bike.

I feel that way normal I think he got so worked up or maybe worked over by Big Daddy that his appendix burst, Glad he got to the hoispital in time. The mind tries to do what the body won't allow (as far as his ability to ride on thursday).

Thanks for the report. Next time you talk to him let him know he doesn't have to rush himself getting healed any of us that are in Virginia/MD/DC don't have any problem w/coming and taking his bike out and putting some break-in miles on it. That should be incentive enough for him to do what the Doc's tell him so he can heal quickly.
