Just saw a brand new recent production red/black FLHTCUSE2 on the showroom floor at Rossmeyers... yeah, 44K... but anyway, the new style head badge is on it. Black bkrnd and silver letters.   It's the -A part.  Two others he had had the 'old' style.

From what I have been told and reserched the new logo is on a new factory head.  The old silver logo, if I have it correct are the first run heads, which also have small problems.  If you have been to Destination Daytona lately you will notice bruce has many stock bikes with 110 kits added.  This was to get rid of the problem child heads.

Deuces, I am curious what small problems the heads have?   I received as far as I was told by the factory rep the first black badge replacements due to the yellowing of my tags that was caused by the heat from the cylinders.   The only known issues have been bad gaskets which were quickly superceeded by new improved gaskets, SERT Version 4.62 fixing the ACR's and a flash download to Stock ECMS by Harley to correct heat / lean condition and the need for rockerbox clearancing.

I am hoping that you can elaborate on your comments with a little bit more information for us?

Thanks in adavnce,
