Harley audio powered by Rockford?
« on: April 12, 2023, 07:00:47 PM »

Does anyone know if I could put the Harley audio powered by Rockford stage 2 5x7 saddlebag speakers in a 2016 CVO street glide? I had one of my speakers blow on the way home and was just wondering if I could go with the new speakers of the boom 2 speakers. Or if anyone has some stock boom 2 5x7 saddlebag speakers laying around they want to sell I would be interested.

Thanks
Kevin

The Rockford and Harley boom are not mix and matchable. You are either all boom or all RF.

Just changed out the Boom system on a 2015 which would be the same as you have.  I switched the whole system out to rockford fosgate because   I too blew the saddle bag speakers out long ago.  Happy with the switch they have decent support videos on how and what to remove on your'e bike and replace.

Thanks for the reply’s. Saving money for other things right now so can’t really redo the whole system right now. Was just looking to see if I could find a used take out set. Guess just for now I’ll have to set the fader to the front speakers.
