Well if they could market a watercooled bike at under $7k I think they'd have something, but I doubt they're capable of it. The tooling up costs would kill the deal, because the company bean counters would want a certain percentage rolled into the first year sticker price.

If the MoCo did a bagger V-Rod I hope they'd not use the "bagger" bags as in the example above.  I really like the idea.  But those bags and tour pak don't flow well with the lines of the bike.

I saw one of those up in Detroit that had been painted in the same orange and black as the SE road glide , eagle and all .  It sure made me do a double take. HD has been hearing it for quite a while , build it and we'll buy it . Eventually they will
