5K off is pretty good.  I have ridden them, great performance.  Begs to be ridden above 3500 RPM.  Torque curve is higher in the RPM then the VVT 121.  It's what they call it a performance bagger, not near as good for touring as my CVO RG with the 121 VVT.

Not sure the market is as bike for a performance bagger as it is for one that is great for touring or long distance.
