Hey Jimmy,

It was great finally meeting you, Kyle, Heath and Red.  We had a great time at Sturgis, the Devils Tower, Needles Hwy and more.  Glacier National park was enjoyable, but sadly there aren't too many glaciers due to climate change.

James had one minor breakdown when the exhaust bracket on the transmission cover broke and vibrations backed the nuts loose on the front exhaust pipe flange and it backed out of the head. It was Sunday in Lewiston, MT.  However through the guy at the gas station, James got in touch with Texas John over at "8th Day Cycles" who opened up his shop 3 blocks away and helped us out.  He had the bracket in stock and had us on the road in just over two hours! If you ever have problems near Lewiston, MT, he's your go to guy.

The rest of our ride was great, out to Oregon, down along the coast, through the Giant Redwoods, back out to the coast, across the valley floor and home. Five thousand three hundred miles round trip for us.

I am thinking of having a CVO West Coast GTG in the California foothills in early September next year.  If it happens I hope you and the Carolina Boys can make it.
