CVO fork lock removal to add switches in console.

How does one remove the fork lock to access removing the console to add factory accessory switches.

Found at post on HD Forum. Do not have to remove fork lock to access console (or handle bars)  just remove the bezel under it.
That being said, I've found NOTHING on YouTube pertaining to CVO fork locks, only the standard ign/lock combo.
