Does CA still require yearly updates on emissions etc. like they used to years ago?

I thought, just maybe, that I could look up Harley's requests for 2026 engine sizes and see what models they may list a given motor's assigned bike model.

I can find MY2026 CARB certifications, but Harley is not listed. Other major brands are not listed either.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated...

Yes they do. I saw on another site this week, where someone had checked and Harley hadn't submitted anything new for approval since back in the spring.
