I know my 2019 CVO road glide Red Pepper was gunslinger as many parts had gunslinger stickers on them.  My 13 Anniversary CVO King was also Gunslinger, replacement fender was in a gunslinger box and had sticker on it.

Well its nice HD has these fenders available, but at $1500 + for a painted $10 dollar piece of imported stamped steel it is a little hard to swallow.  A friend on his bike slipped and my front fender stopped him from going all the way down so I decided to see what one would cost and was surprised to find out they are available.  Even bare they are $600. I can not in good conscience charge him for an accident & not worth an insurance claim.  Oh well that piston kit is gonna have to wait, maybe I'll split it with him.

I agree, pricey!  Thought about a bare fender but then it was who can I get to paint it and will it be done right and how long will all of that take.  In the end.....it was no longer a question for me.  But damn they're pricey!

The bikes painted new were painted by gunslinger. If you bought replacement parts a good chance they got painted at CPV. The CVO RR was painted by gunslinger and CPV, not sure the exact number each did though.
