FLHRSE4 throttle conversion

I have a 2008 FLHRSE4 with electronic throttle control. I got hit and the frame was damaged so insurance totaled the bike, but I kept it as salvage.

What I'm thinking of doing is getting another RK and moving the 110 engine, transmission, etc from the FLHRSE4 to it. However, I've never been a fan of the ETC so if I were to do this, what would be involved with making a cabled throttle work with it, including cruise control?
