Has anyone rode route 50 across Kansas? Planning a trip to Colorado in July, wondering if 50 would be more relaxed than interstate 70...

There is nothing special about 50 thru Kansas. 70 is your best bet to save time. It's mostly rural farmland either way.

Yes, it's more relaxed but also much slower than I-70.
