Besides a staff of sweets for the long trip, I got her a Nintendo DS game and a new movie for the trip back home to TX.  She was pretty well stocked up for the ride up.  At Four Rivers, she came away with two tee shirts (one compliments of the dealership :2vrolijk_21:) and she also bought a Harley shirt and collar for one of our dogs.  She was great the whole way, never complained and was welcome company.  I am very proud and very blessed to have two great kids.

I did get about 41 miles on her today, between reading the boat load of stuff that comes with these bikes and trying to catch up on all the things I missed during my road trip.  I also changed out the stock ant. for the J & M shorties. 

Need to call the local guy to see if he can get her tuned with the Race Tuner he sold me.  I want to get her remapped before I put some serious miles on her. 

Also, I need  to get her registered and plated in Texas, then we should be all set to pile on the miles.

Alright John.  Looking good.  That's the sweetest lookin color of the Jesters.  (Just slightly biased on my opinion there ;) )  Those V&H ovals look great...I still recommend that you get the duals put on before you have her tuned properly...go with the 84 (or new ver. G number) base map until you get your 1K done, then have her dyno'd.  But you won't regret going with the duals...trust me on that one.  She sure looks sweet and you've got the weather...so you should have a huge chit-eatin grin on your face.

I don't think that horn looks bad with the black in the engine to help it match. I know you will love the increased sound it puts out. You will love those J&M shorty antennas too.

Great looking bike, CM.  Good idea to get that SERT as soon as possible.  Love the J & M's - much better than the old whips.

Hope you get lots of good riding in.  Used to ride in N. TX a few years back quite a bit.
