Yes. saw them at E Glide goodies. They have the barrel lock. They say they will match the bike barrel key but not sure if it's wise to part with the bike key

Ok, the ones I'm talking about are not be E-Glide. You may want to check out these threads before dealing w/E-glides...

Thanks for the heads up Fired00d. I will check the Local HD Dealer instead.
Are they a must?

The thread I originally pointed you to (NEW MUST HAVE ACCESSORY - LOWER GLOVE BOX LINERS) is something entirely different. Those are liners for the glove boxes and not the same as what you would get from E-Glides. I believe the product you are speaking of from E-Glides provides a way to lock your glove boxes, and what I thought you were talking about from the MoCo is just a liner for the glove boxes. I don't believe the MoCo will have anything that can lock the glove boxes. If you look at the threads I mentioned concerning E-Glides you will see that some have had poor customer service from them, and they weren't happy w/the way the new lids worked. Some have complained that they opened in reverse of what the stock ones did and were concerned about the lids hitting the tank.

My wife got the E-Glide locking lower doors for me year before last for Christmas. She later told me not to even want anything again from that company. She started trying to get them just after Halloween, finally arrived week of Christmas. Took a bunch of calls, got 2 different stories for not shipping from the same guy on the same day. Just was a mess. But she is more patient than me, I would have cancelled after first lie.
They are much better than the snap flaps though.

Some have ordered thru there H-D dealers, and you can also get them from J&P Cycles - eGlide Goodies Sealed Glove Box Doors for 1995-07Ultra Glide®. Either of these choices may be your best bet in regards to return/cancelling order. Good luck.

Are they worth locking?

I can't remember the last time I put anything in them. Maybe a pair of gloves while traveling.

I like the picture of the nice blue bike floating around that has speakers instead of storage compartments. That's to cool. :2vrolijk_21: :orange:

I have purchased and installed the lower doors on my CUSE.  I purchased them from e-glide goodies and had real difficulties getting the order completed and shipped.  There was some confusion about payment which took two weeks to correct.  Once I got them though, I really like them.  I purchased the knob rather than the lock.  Who wants to have to look for a key each time you want to open them :nixweiss:  I think they are a must have addition because the snap on covers kept loosing the snaps and were a pain to open.  I don't need the locks because I usually just put small items of little value in their.

Just find another distributor if you can.

Most Harley dealers are E-Glide Goodies dealers as well. I ordered mine through my local dealer and got them with no problems. They are a really high quality product but like everyone else, I sure didn't want to risk buying direct from E-glide goodies. My dealer was my safety net. He ordered them, got 'em in in less than a week and said if there was a problem with them, just return them and he'd give me a full refund.
