Heres the bracket on ebay,   http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/KURYAKYN-CURVED-LICENSE-PLATE-FRAME-4-HARLEY-9157_W0QQitemZ140107107180QQihZ004QQcategoryZ35575QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem   I found it for 39.95 with 10 bucks shipping. You jsut remove the bracket under the fender, which is 2 bolts on the  side and one nut under the fender tip, slip this plate bracket over the center peice of the bracket, line it up and drill a couple holes, (you'll see how it works when you get that bracket off) then put it back together and bend the bracket a little to follow the line of the fender. Simple job. and like I mentioned before, Skycuse2 did it originally and helped me with part numbers.
Hey, I have that bracket!

So do you think a larger OD would be better with a recess for the cut end? Or just make them so they slide in and are held with a screw or siliconed in?

What is the ID of that tube? I ask as I have not cut mine yet. I'm going to give a bud a call with a CNC Lathe (mine is manual and good for one set) and see what would be involved with turning out a few sets. Maybe a set semi pointed and a set with a blunt end.
ID is 11/16's OD is 1/8th more

Man, you got it made, and you have the power for the LED's right there too, with that fender tip light. If you pursue the machining of the filler plugs, let me know.

Yeah, the speakers in the lowers are on  my list of to do's (definitely). I dont understand  your question about the tour pack mounts. I ahve the detachable mounst Sky doesnt have any on his in the picture but he has said he did the quick detach tour pack recently.

Thank you.
Keep in mind that if you did the larger OD to have it recessed where you could just push it in, you have to leave enough sticking out to make it past that chrome cover.

Hey, I have that bracket!
I love those pipes you got, slash ups, they go with the fender and bags and just flow. I like that look a lot, if I were to change out the freedom pipes, I'd go with Slashups or down like the D&D fatcats 2-1 with a falsie.

If I change it will be to the D&D 2 into 1. Currently I'm kicking around building a baffle for this bike. I made one for my SE pro Pipe that removed the TQ dip associated with 2 into 1's. It took some time but I got it. I had to give up about 3 hp on the top end to smooth out the middle. That bike made 105hp and 106tq out of a 95". This was in late 00 early 01 before the flood of Twin Cam parts. Now you can buy that kind of performance off of the shelf.

Yeah, theres no reason for me to change, the only thing I dont like about the pipes is the tips, they say Freedom on them and its really animated, kinda cheap looking. Someone on this board tapped out new screw holes so you could turn them over. I'm kicking around giving that a try. Heres some new pictures, you can see where I have a couple reflectors in the loop removal holes. Just for now, till i figure out what to do.

Hey Mike. Looks really nice :2vrolijk_21: Very straight foward install. I will post a pick of the radiantz lighting at night. I'm still waiting for my custom tag. It will be just the opposite CVOHD.

Orange tag light would look cool on your bike. I went with the clear but the clear LED has a blue tint to it.
