 I'm jsut wondering how many have received their new voltage regulators from the recall.  I keep checking with the HD dealer, and they say they haven't shipped the chrome voltage regulators yet.    I find it interesting that they ship the chrome last, since we are supposed to be the "VIPs" who spent the most!  Just curious if anyone got theirs yet.

I got mine last week in Bellingham.

Several others in the recall thread look like they got them as well.  BobD got his for sure since he also spent $400.00 while waiting on it to be installed.

As I reported in another string, the hour I spent at the dealership cost me about $400 in chrome and leather. I'm to the point now where I'm just replacing nickel plated hardware with chrome plated. Boring but gratifying.

 Mine was in last Wed. I had it put on Fri. and now I'm not afraid to get out of cell phone range.

Glad to hear some of you have gotten your replacements.   I was just told by my dealer that they are on back order, so who knows when we'll get ours   My only hope is that since I haven't had a problem yet, that I won't   Thanks for everyone's input.

 First two sent were tested and BAD, sent back to HD. Still waiting for the 3rd and good replacement.

Just because I'm curious, what is the buld date on you guys that have a bad regulator? My build date is 4-07. I'm wondering if I'm going to get a new regulaor too, or it was built with a new one.

not sure the hd command said I needed one on the 5000 mile turn.
