From Knights Stadium in SC to Lowe's Motor Speedway
We had VIP passes so we were upfront of the line,,,, no worrying about the crazies in the back.
On the way home raced a 124"  T-man built Street Glide. I would say he had 5 to 10 more ponies but also probably another 150 lbs than me.
Never saw him when we rolled on. He was a 100 to 110 mph rider. Not guts no glory!
Had the dreaded #$%&$# wobble again. Was running about 120, that really pisses me off.
That has to go away or the Frontier will!
Sucks doesn't it.
I love the bike, but don't plan on dieing on it.

You need to talk with Dawg.
He clearly needs to explain to you about how a man (or woman in Nancy's case) can never have too much horsepower!


Get that house done so you and him can be together and he can straighten you out!
You definitely need a little of Dawg's training!

Well Q, the Traxxion can't hurt that either. That's very unusual for a solid-mount (that Softail isn't rubber-mounted, is it?). But it's still a Softail, not know as the best handling bikes in the world! To me, you need a good swingarm frame with an excellent suspension, if youy're going to do 140! Sounds like Chip might be in the market for a Rucker 124 now! Hoist!

I said it earlier. The problem is it's a Softail! It might be time to move on. I think it's too much motor for a bike that gets ridden hard. Those things are usually Trailer Queens! Hoist!

2)  I don't need the Dawg's input to know a man or woman cannot have too much horsepower.  However, there can be too many men with too much testerone in one place trying to demonstrate how much HP their bike has which with two big egos going head-to-head can be dangerous with that many bikes!

I would never try to tame "The Dawg" because he is what he is, and I love him just the way he is and have no desire to change him.  However, I am NOT a dog, I don't need any "Dawg training," and nobody is going to "straighten me out!" 
(And don't even pretend you treat Nancy that way because I know better...)

BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I'M MOST IMPRESSED WITH ON THIS THREAD?  As much as you love that bike and how much we've heard about it's superiority, you are not so narrow-minded that you won't admit it may have a flaw just to save face!!!

Firedood we ( the BBQ team ) will be back Downtown for the National Championship in June. You need to make the trip.  My Girl is getting very good with this BBQ thing. She doesn't say a lot she just sits back and watches. Until it is time to eat!

We will be in Maryland for Mothers Day, if you remember and get a chance call us.

Out running ain't the problem. I know I'm not the fastest out there and there will always be somebody that will out run me. Now on the other hand I've been in places where everything is on fire (picture walking thru the gates of hell). So I know what it's like to be in an oven... I just hope you do.
