Only a CVO rider could ask this question but in all seriousness it only comes with a 64 card and holds 6 tracks. So what is the biggest memory card that the HD MP3 player takes?

I have a 2Gig in mine. It will hold about 500 songs. When you get the new caard you will need to format it for "FAT32" formating or the player will not recognize all of the space. They typically come formated as "FAT".

One note thought, with the larger cards they take a lot longer to start up. Mine takes about 15 seconds from the time you power it up until the display turns on.

I don't have the HD MP3 player but I wonder whether the startup time could be affected by the read/write speed of the memory card?  I purchased a rather inexpensive 4 gig memory card for my Garmin GPS a while back with a 4X speed rating.  The GPS took a very long time to read in the maps and get to the main screen.  I later purchased a slightly more expensive card with a 40X speed rating.  The startup is much faster now.  Just a thought.
