Which stock items are your favorites on your CVO bike? (or non CVO?)

The casual reader on this site will find that MANY riders have switched:

seats
handlebars
pegs/boards
lights - all varieties
brakes
front suspension
rear shocks/suspension
tour packs
extensions to move tour packs back
saddle bags
tires
speakers
amps
mirrors
antennas
(not pretending to be a complete list).

Pipe changeouts, breather change outs, and re-tuning ECMs is more common than not.

Engine mods from cams/ minor to the whole 9 yards.

Have not read of a frame change out, but its early in the year yet.


Question: for those of you who customize, what are your THREE favorite items on your bike? Things you have no intention of changing (yet).


Mine are:

1. seat
2. handlebars
3. pegs/grips

I'm inclined to agree w/your choices.

1. Seat (if wifey/boss ever did a long distance/multiple day ride I might have to change to something else)
2. Handlebars
3. Grips/Floorboards

Two out of the above three don't even have anything on the wishlist to replace/change them. Concerning seat I do have something in mind in that regards, but it's just going to be another MoCo brand and would only be put on for long distance travelling with wife. It will be a long time coming for that as it is now wifey doesn't own a rainsuit and will not ride in rain so the chances of her doing long distance/multiple day rides are nonexistent.

1. Frame
2. Engine (well, except for the reworked heads, TB, rockers, pushrods etc.)
3. Tour Pack (until i eventually get a hard tour pack)

so, i guess just the Frame!!!!

Man... I like it all.  Even the short stock smoke windscreen on the FLHRSE3 (Wear a full face).  Except for perhaps some Supertrapp SE slip-ons, maybe at break-in, keeping it the way it is.

Motor still the verdict is out on. I only have 2900 miles

All the chrome.

Leather tour pack. That's what sets our cvo bikes apart from standard ultras besides paint
